across the company is a key business objective and
is given the same priority as any other mission critical

A volunteer committee composed of field
employees who meet four times a year to discuss
ways to improve the company or the work environment.
All employees are encouraged to submit suggestions
for practical work improvement or cost-savings ideas.
Cash awards are given for suggestions that
are implemented.
Affords everyone on the team to “be in on things”
going on within the company and to offer their
opinions on how we can improve.
We employ the latest computers, phones and smart devices to facilitate quick and efficient communication with
