Random Drug Testing Added

Tharp Plumbing expanded its Drug Free Workplace policy to include random drug testing. As a Drug Free Workplace since 1980, Tharp Plumbing has always put a high priority on the safety of its employees. The addition of random testing will further strengthen and demonstrate Tharp's commitment to employee safety. Tharp Plumbing has contracted with Florida Hospital Centra Care to run the random DFWP consortium and random selections. Having a third party administer the selection program ensures the program is non-discriminatoy and random.
