Tharp Training Program Receives Accreditation from NCCER

Congratulations to Tharp Plumbing for becoming an Accredited Training Sponsor for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Tharp passed the NCCER accreditation audit with zero non-conformities! Tharp was also told they were a model for other NCCER programs to emulate. Tharp will join only two other facilities in the Orlando area who offer accredited training from NCCER. Thanks to Tony Chaves, Jay Jackson, Bob Overton, and Aimée Tharp for their hard work and effort to guarantee the success of the Tharp NCCER Apprenticeship program. Tharp’s first year program is currently underway with five apprentices participating- Andrew Holt, Michael Kuindwa, Edgar Marquez, Gil Sarita, and John Sullivan.
