Twelve employees received awards for their willingness to work either night or weekend shifts consistently at this year’s company party. Projects that are remodels or renovations typically demand these alternate shifts be worked. Tharp is happy to have a staff that is very dedicated and reliable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a high quality job gets done on time.
