Wharton-Smith, Inc. awarded Tharp Plumbing Systems the UCF Football Stadium Club restrooms and the Maitland City Hall projects recently. The Maitland City Hall will be LEED certified and share the same job site as the Maitland Fire Station, which the two companies built together.
