James TharpThe personification of a proactive business owner, Jim oversees the company's business operations, with particular focus on his roles as the "clients' champion" and mentor to the senior management team. A 1973 graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jim quickly ascended the plumber journeyman ranks and seized the opportunity to launch Tharp Plumbing Systems, Inc. in 1976. Capitalizing on his education, experience and sense of gratification in serving the needs of his clients, he has steadily built the business to one of the largest and most reputable commercial plumbing firms in Central Florida. |

Jay JacksonJay has been involved in the construction industry since 1997 and joined Tharp Plumbing in 2001 after graduating from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Building Construction. Initially, he gained first hand knowledge of commercial plumbing through his field work and attainment of his journeyman plumber license. As Vice President of Business Administration Jay has advanced Tharp's competitive stance and customer service orientation by applying emerging technology to enhance business operations, as well as estimating and scheduling systems. |

Dave HornDave's commercial plumbing experience spans over thirty-three years in both field application and management capacities. He holds multiple management and OSHA certificates as well as a journeyman plumber license. His ability to visualize engineering intent through interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications make him an extremely effective leader of Tharp's field operations team. Equally important, he is skilled at all aspects of project execution from feasibility analysis through punch-out and consistently achieves project quality, timeliness and budget goals. |

Richard SpencerRichard's forty-four years of hands-on project management and estimating experience in the commercial plumbing and mechanical contracting business brings additional technical depth and leadership expertise to Tharp’s pre-construction planning and plumbing systems delivery capability. Having earned his Plumbing and HVAC Contractors License, Richard has orchestrated and led the construction of a variety of construction projects types, including healthcare, education, retail and hospitality. Motivated by "giving back" to the trade, Richard has a praiseworthy record of service as witnessed by his role on ABC's Plumbing Advisory Committee and as Chairman of the General Apprenticeship Committee. |

Cinda ParkerWith over 28 years of accounting experience, Cinda expertly manages Tharp's financial operations. Earning a BA in Accounting Finance from Southeast Missouri State University in 1981, Cinda is also credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Florida. Competencies in finance, human resources, inventory control and acquisitions, all acquired through previous career experiences, make Cinda a key contributing member of Tharp's executive leadership team. |
